1 /5 Gerardo De Anda: Terrible customer service. Extremely rude security as well. It seems like the guy on the floor is related to the security so it makes sense they have the same attitude. Asking for $136 gram for 10k gold is outrageous as well. It’s a pawn shop not a Hutch’s or Highline
