Their service is excellent. Their staff are all customer oriented but I particularly like dealing with Diana the best.

I remember seeing the Rio Cash for Gold sign when I was driving around town and thought, "Let me give it a try." That was approximately 10 years ago, and Ive been a customer ever since. The business is family owned, and Ive received friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service from various family members: Pops, son, and daughter Diana. The prices are fair, and I recommend supporting this local business.

I own a gold chain that I paid almost 3k and the first thing the gentleman told me was that is not gold, them he offers me $220 which I refused. I went to a place in Antioch that gave me as a loan $550. I don’t know what this gentleman was thinking but I would not sell or buy anything from them

Did not expect to get my stone back that I had on it but Diana was amazing and determined even though it was hard to take out. She took it out and gave it back to me.
