    Ralph Boniello: I happened upon Lala Jewelry recently at a music festival. I had been looking for a ring and/or necklace for myself for a few years now. Im picky, and I wanted the right stone and the right piece to frame it. I wanted something bold, beautiful, and unique. I wanted to feel like Im wearing art. Upon entering the booth I was immediately struck by her pieces- both her choices of stones and the craftsmanship of the overall pieces. I came away with a ring and a necklace, and love them both. I cant stop looking at them, to be honest. They both look and feel great. Ive very happy with my purchase and encourage everyone to see her jewelry in person.

    Rose Stewart: I was in lake Tahoe on vacation with my family. We also came to see the concert of Jon Pardi. It was a little bit warm and the Western shirt that I bought was long sleeve and I thought it was going to be a little bit too hot for the concert. I found a shirt and I wanted to try it on in the dressing room. There were two ladies working a younger one and an older lady. It was really busy. I asked them when they have the time to please open the dressing room. One of them came by and opened the dressing room. The store had a lot of cute things. Kind of expensive but theyre very cute. I ended up buying two Western shirts. Next time I go to Tahoe I will stop by the store again.

    Mathilde Delcroix: The staff is very kind, and the jewelry selection is beautiful. However, I went there to have two watches resized, and on one of them, they didn’t properly reattach the stem. As a result, the watch fell off my wrist 30 minutes later and is now scratched, even though I just received it for my birthday yesterday. I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering I paid $20 per watch for the resizing. :/

    Dense R: I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)
