1 /5 Patricia Ochoa: Once your loan goes through the local office they have no power to service your loan. Corporate makes anything inconvenient to them impossible to resolve. Go with a mortgage company where local people can still help service your loan. Great locAL people but once they get you the loan anything you need is a hassle.
