Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - El Centro (CA)

2 /5 Juan Caudillo: Called the aoutomated phone system attempting to get a bank worker to pick up the phone for almost 47minutes, but someone at their end kept hanging up my calls. Very unprofessional service! No winder their bank here in Yuma,az shut down....poor service!

1 /5 H. ROYAL: I was at this location to cash my weekly check, I wanted to open a bank account to avoid the cost of cashing my check. The second to the left clerk was very rude, as I asker about opening an account with them she started asking me about my LEGAL STATUS, I told her she was not and Ice agent and she was out of bounce...I felt discriminated of her persistent about my status and IDS.. IM A US CITIZEN, discrimination is not right to do..

1 /5 Hugo Labady: The most poorly ran Bank of America. They have Older people waiting in line in the sun and employees on lunch break when everyone else is also on a luch break and going to the bank.

5 /5 Andres Garcia: I opened an account today at this branch. The front desk attendant was very polite setting up an appointment. Then Elya, the senior banker, made the appointment quick, easy, and informative. Great service overall!
