1 /5 Saleh Elizzani: I recently enrolled my two kids at Planet Fitness, but I encountered several issues. They processed the payment for one child but not for the other, and I was unaware that the payment didnt go through. Now, I am being charged an additional fee, even though I wasnt notified about the failed payment. Additionally, there are many fees that are not clearly explained, which can be confusing and frustrating for members. I am willing to pay the membership and late fee, but the manager was unhelpful and made the situation very difficult to resolve. Unfortunately, I don’t have many options since they offer the most affordable prices and are conveniently located. Otherwise, I would consider going elsewhere.
The manager rejected my 14 year old son entry to the gym, even though I offered to pay over the phone using the same credit card that was initially used and already charged. Despite my willingness to resolve the issue remotely, she insisted that I come in person, making the process very difficult.
This happened again for two months and I had my son ask to cancel and they rejected until the overdue is paid and when asked for a written policy on cancellation, we are told by the branch manager that they dont have none.
