5 /5 Camila: I want to take a moment to recognize Irma at this Planet Fitness location. She consistently brings such a warm, kind presence, and its clear she takes great pride in her work. The space is always spotless and well-maintained, and her positive energy makes a difference. Also, I just have to say — Irma carries herself with such grace and confidence. Shes absolutely stunning, and her professionalism and presence dont go unnoticed. Planet Fitness is lucky to have her, and I genuinely hope she’s being recognized for it. She absolutely deserves it !!

5 /5 Stephanie Valimareanu: I love coming to this gym and seeing all the smiling faces that the workers provide. Irma is one of the workers at this gym that always greets people with a smile and encouragement. Every time I see her when I walk in it makes my day just that much better. Thank you Irma for being such a blessing to me and others :)

1 /5 WickedKlownMining: I’ve been at Planet Fitness since July and I was working out every day. I was unable to pay my membership because my card got canceled by my bank because I lost my wallet. I had the late fee waived and I went in to pay my membership. Tried to pay two months. The one I was behind and the one that was coming due. They said it was already processing and I still hadn’t got my card. All I had was a temporary from my bank. I ended up paying the month I was behind and they told me to wait a couple more days and I can bring the account Current…. They refused to waive my late fees, even though I was there to pay on time before they charged my account The management is completely unprofessional and honestly ridiculous. There’s no one to contact. They basically told me to cancel my membership if I don’t like it. And they wonder why planet fitness gets such a bad name in the fitness industry it is completely unreasonable, considering I went in to pay the member As I said management at this establishment sucks even when it wasn’t my fault and their system is what caused the error so to summit it all up, I was there to pay my membership. They told me to wait a couple more days then I was charged a late fee that they will not remove. Sounds professional right as far as I’m concerned avoid Planet Fitness at all costs, especially the Hesperia location the individual people that work here are great, but the management at this establishment is unprofessional. The AC has been broken for months and they haven’t got it fixed if they do it’s broke within a couple days again and every time it rains, the roof leaks, and the men’s bathroom toilets are loose and not bolted to the floor properly. This place is falling apart all across the board, broken machines that don’t work everything that you can think of and the management thinks they have time to play Nerf guns The managers were the people playing with the Nerf guns…. they do not clean at all during the day and they leave it night shift. If Night Shift doesn’t have the place spotless they are wrote up…..Allie And Anthony are the manager Anthony lied to me and canceled. My membership. Told me I had to drive in to have it canceled upon arriving. He had already canceled it and lied to my face…. Avoid this club at all costs

1 /5 Kara Reign: Love the people and workers in this gym. Amazing staff, so sick of the planet fitness cancellation policies though. Feels like jumping through hoops. I would never get a planet fitness membership in my life again, once again nothing to do with workers, only to do with the gyms policies. If they didn’t force me to pay for another month, half of which I’m going to be completely out of state for, I would never come back!

4 /5 Donna Honomichl: Since I’m retired I’m able to go Mon-Fri. The employees are nice and the bathrooms are clean. The only thing that bothers me is the people who sit on the equipment on their phone and the people who sit on the equipment and chat with others. Im editing my review as I want to acknowledge the gym response. I do appreciate I can go to staff if necessary to lodge any complaints. I also forgot to acknowledge an employee, Irma. She is the hardest working employee there as far as I’m concerned. She’s always very friendly and makes a point of saying hi to me and my husband when we’re there and she’s working.
