1 /5 Cisco L: BUYER BEWARE!! I spent many hours and $$$ purchasing several gold bracelets, necklaces with and without gold pendants from this store for many years before I got married. So it made sense to buy a engagement ring and our wedding bands here too. I chose the rings but when I asked for the certificate for the diamonds, it was like they did not know me! It never materialized even though they told me they have it! That confirms this jewelry store has a questionable business practice and their diamonds are fakes! So I took my business else where, its a dissappointment after all those years and If you bought diamonds from this store, you better get it appraised.

4 /5 Jemellee Manaoat: This place has beautiful jewelry! Authentic Silver, gold, and jade! Of course they also carry the non-authentic metals. But, the photos can speak for itself. My mom knows the owner to this place and they know her. My mom hadnt been here for few years and they still remember her. Now that says a lot about a business owner and customer relationship doesnt it?!? Anyway, it was first time here and I absolutely drooling over the beautiful jewelry. They have necklaces, charms, rings, and bracelets. From real gold to gold filled and silver. Love it all! They also have a selection of Wedding and engagement rings with beautiful diamonds. The prices are obviously different from a normal jewelry store that you find in the mall. I guarantee you will find something you will like. Warning! Parking is a bit scarce since it is the city of Oakland. So you might want to come early or if your patient look around for a metered parking or pay for parking at a garage or parking lot.

He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. Tubbs: I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.

Anastasia: The finish quality was medium. Im going to soften the edges myself to not scratch my enamel. I paid for an etching and gave my design and it was not what my design was supposed to be, looked like a rush job. The price for a simple grillz without design is good though. I was not happy with the etching, I wish he told me he couldnt do it the way i asked to save both of us some trouble. Great place for a plain piece.
