Sam incorporated diamonds from a previous setting and added a new stone and white gold to transform my wedding ring into a sparkling, striking anniversary ring. His customer service is amazing; he re-sized and then delivered my ring to my home without an additional charge. Sam takes good care of his customers! I highly recommend Pavati Jewelry and give him a 5-star rating.

5 /5 Trae Chavis: Wow I wish I could rate 10 stars. I was looking for a chain for my custom crystal pendent and after searching 2 cities and about 8 locations. I was directed to Pavati Jewelry. When I walk in, the first thing I say is, "I am looking for something very specific" and the attendant (Sam) says, "thats impossible, people hardly find that when they want something specific." I then explain to him what I need and he proceeds to LITTERALLY turn to his right, pull out this rope chain that you see in the image. He measures it and its the exact length that I want and the exact mm that I want... I sit in awe as he then gives me an amazing price on it. Needless to say, I left as a very satisfied customer :). Sterling Silver. 26in 3mm. Thank you Sam Dalia for providing a truly magical service.

5 /5 Carrie Sosa: Fantastic customer service! My husband and I were in town for a few days. We were honestly just window shopping before wine tasting and weren’t looking to make any purchases. It just so happened that on our drive to Napa, my husband’s (custom made) wedding band lost a jewel when one of the prongs broke off. We didn’t know at what point the prong had broken and weren’t able to find the jewel. It had a lot of sentimental value to us because the jewel was taken off of a necklace of mine and so matched perfectly, I wore it on our wedding day…you can imagine the attachment to it. Anyhow, we got to talking to Sam, the owner, and he said he might have a jewel of the same cut, size and color and be able to fix the ring for us that same day. He put in a call, found the jewel, made the repair and recoated the ring so it looked brand new. It looks better than it ever did! Sam did such an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful and he communicated with us the whole time. What a blessing we happened to wander into his shop. We ended up also purchasing a pair of earrings and a beautiful necklace. Thank you, Sam! We could not be happier.

G P: I experienced the rudeness and sarcastic approach of the manager in Vallejo branch near Target today. I picked up my necklace that they repair it. Then Marife approach me nicely to look around I might like something to their display. Because her convincing approach and she give me discount I decided to purchased the citizen female watch a gift for my eldest sister and pay fully paid. She asked the manager if she can give me some freebie which was pin or mug. I chose the mug and make some joke to Marife if she give me also additional freebie pin. She asked again the manager she said no. So I teased Marife if you’re not giving me also the pin I am not gonna come back here again to buy the watch for me. She suddenly join to our conversation and she said, she don’t care if I don’t like to come back there and it is my own choice where I want to go. Instead of hearing her or approaching me in a nice way to convince me to come back again so I can buy more. But the way she approach me it sounds sarcastic. So I totally decided to tell to Marife I change my mind will not come back again if she is still the manager. She just interrupted us and she talked that way to me. I am planning to buy again citizen watch for me and for my husband. But if the manager is still there rather not to come back there again. I might go to other jewelry store which is nice and friendly approachable. I was only convinced to buy the citizen watch because Marife is very friendly and nice to talk with.

Unique Belleâme: The Location isn’t reliable and isn’t accountable for their actions. The purse I purchased last week had discoloration and patches that clearly revealed that the product was damaged I need glasses so when I purchased the bag I didn’t see it right away until the following week when I planned to gift it to someone that noticed the bag. I came in to return it or to even receive store credit for it and was denied so because their was a single strand of hair inside! Don’t go to this location they are very unprofessional and don’t take accountability for their product!

However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didnt find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!
