1 /5 Unique Belleâme: The Location isn’t reliable and isn’t accountable for their actions. The purse I purchased last week had discoloration and patches that clearly revealed that the product was damaged I need glasses so when I purchased the bag I didn’t see it right away until the following week when I planned to gift it to someone that noticed the bag. I came in to return it or to even receive store credit for it and was denied so because their was a single strand of hair inside! Don’t go to this location they are very unprofessional and don’t take accountability for their product!

1 /5 Percilla Wilson: Hi, it’s 1115 January 15 I came in to the store. Nobody acknowledge me when I white man was walking out. They say goodbye to him. I feel they’re racist store because I’m Mexican. It was my first time in Napa and I feel like they were racist towards me because I was Latina. Nobody approached me to say hey can I help you? What are you looking for? This is a racist store. I don’t recommend it.

If you’re not white then I’m gonna treat you right I am so sorry. This coach store is racist. I wanted to go back to my outlet Citadel in Los Angeles West Covina they treat me way better there. I don’t recommend the store to nobody.

1 /5 Kimberly Hilliard: I called in to have my purse fixed and they told me to come down and bring the purse. Not to mention I drove really far to this outlet. Up on my arrival I went up to the counter and presented my bag to be fixed only for them to tell me it couldnt be fixed or that to fix just my handle would be $160. Thats by far more than I paid for the handbag what a rip off. I lost faith in coach I will not be purchasing anymore coach bags.
