5 /5 Victor Preciado: I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. Ive lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately its not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me. I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique. See you again Trina!

5 /5 Danisha Bowers: Got a great deal on a mk backpack that I had been wanting. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Once I made my selection the sales lady went to the back & brought out one still wrapped up. Great customer service

5 /5 Patrick John Gabriel: This is a very friendly, clean, and organized store of Michael Kors. Its not as big as other MK stores but its one of my favorite go to MK Stores. Staff here are respectful and not rude.

1 /5 LGBTQFJB: I visited this store and picked up six leather handbags. The cashier refused to give me more than one MK paper bag. I explained these are gifts for staff. I must have one paper bag per handbag. I spoke to the store manager. She rudely told me thats the corporate policy. How do you build a luxury brand and not give out a paper bag with the logo on it? I refused to buy anything. They lost $800+ of sales but they were able to save $0.60.
