Super Silver - Capitola Esther Trinidad: I have purchased many silver pieces from them, Super Silver decided to get my husband a chain, regret it and now Im questioning if its true silver. We have owned this particular chain less than a month and it is blackened, smells like metal despite how many times you clean it and/or polish. In addition not even the employee who helped me with my complaint couldnt polished the blackened color off. Sadly to say this will be the last purchase I will do in this jewelry shop. Cant believe they werent willing to work or give options to a long time costumer, preferred to lose a costumer.
If theres a small store, in which theres little to no management on site, no customer should be driving across town to get a resolution. Theres should be a date/time offered to see a resolution. Of course if a business would like to honor and keep regular costumers
