1 /5 Trevor Jackson: They are very slow and make false promises. I do everything on my part but they don’t do theirs. Called several times to finish my and every time they tell me sorry we’re busy but we’ll call you back. Almost two weeks and nothing. People need loans for a reasons and they need them NOW. This is by far the worst company I ever seen. Once this is done I’m never working with you guys again or recommending anyone to do business with you. You guys not efficient, very unprofessional, and don’t care about anyone time or situation. I hope you go out of business. Pathetic!!!

1 /5 Hector Arellano: Be aware of this company. They will first run your credit without fully disclosing the facts. They will run your credit first, making you lose valuable points from it. And then tell you that they cant approve you for a loan for something, that if they would disclose upfront you wouldnt apply and hurt your score. Its a shame that people with this kind of power hurt the most vulnerable and all they say is " sorry about that ".

1 /5 Teleah Newman: Horrible customer service at the Long Beach location! Called because my loan was paid off Months ago and Im still receiving correspondence from the DMV saying my registration is past due. The first person I spoke to was unprofessional and rude! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a unapologetic Jane Memmer, who didnt listen, cut me off constantly, told me my address wasnt on file and was rude and unprofessional also. I was transferred to the "legal department " after arguing with Jane because I asked what department I needed to be transferred to. I finally spoke to Tyler Gwen in the legal department and he was able to help me immediately. I will NEVER recommend anyone I know to the Onemain Branch in Long Beach! Horrible Experience & terrible Customer Service. Employees should be properly trained on how to treat Customers

1 /5 Wilson Jeff “DT”: They force you to have the highest rate of APR of any action you do. Youll be getting scammed out of your money for years if you do business with this company. Do not lend, and better yet, take your business elsewhere. Plus this company just got sued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for scamming its customers over interests refunds. Stay away from this fraudulent bank.

2 /5 Winthrop: REMEMBER YOU MOST LIKELY WILL PAY BACK A LOT MORE WHAT THEY LOAN YOU. IN MY CASE 22.42% LOOK AT THE YOU WILL PAYBACK VERY VERY VERY CAREFULLY. I can only suggest you read the fine print very carefully, While they try to be upfront at the time you sign the dotted line they have slick, fast talking people who will rush you through the process before you can clearly process how much you really are committing to payback. Even telling you that you are really getting a great deal and in my case, telling me that in the long run it will HELP MY credit. I consolidated a large credit card balance (like borrowing from Peter to pay Paul kinda thing) and in the long run it hurt my credit. All I saw was a quick fix. I was DESPERATE like most people that go to a place like this. Today I got my Title back a sense of relief, Lesson learned never to get that way again. TAKE-A-WAY READ BEFORE YOU SIGN AND INVESTIGATE OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE YOU GO HERE. DO NOT GET RUSHED INTO SIGNING ANYTHING!
