The staff at the physical branch were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with, which made any visit a positive experience. Its a real highlight and a testament to their staff.
However, the quality of the mobile app and digital banking services is a huge disappointment. Using the app to make a simple payment or handle other routine banking tasks was consistently a frustrating and clunky process. In todays world, a smooth and reliable mobile app is a necessity, not a luxury, and this one fell far short of expectations.
Ultimately, the frustration with the mobile banking experience was enough for me to close my account. While I highly recommend their in-person service, be prepared for a difficult time if you rely on the app for your banking needs.
