1 /5 Jake Phillips: Went with them through George Petersen Insurance. Ended up getting a lawsuit from an employee which included property and vehicle damage. Obsidians attorney of course found a way to wiggle out of offering us coverage when we need it and leave us in an awful situation. You get what you pay for. Go with someone more reputable and dont end up screwed like us!

1 /5 Karinder Brookman: Just find another broker. He is NEVER in office and NEVER answer the phone not even to the insurance company when transferred. Not only that you can’t even leave a voice mail because his voice mail is full. Highly unprofessional not everyone can come into the office during business hours because of work. If the location of this business is open. Multiple complaints have been filed through insurance companies for the negligence of this broker towards his clients.

L S: I had Steve Cook as my insurance agent for over 10yrs and talked to him twice. Throughout the years I have called his office only a handful of times and each time his office staff tell me to call the 800 number, this included times when I wanted to add renters insurance and change my policy. Yeah he did send Christmas cards for awhile, but that doesnt matter to me. I called his office a month ago after the 800 customer care number told me to call Steve Cooks office, the girl who answered the phone of course told me to call the 800 number and when I explained that the 800 number told me to call Steve Cook, she scoffed and said they shouldnt of told me that. State Farm should discontinue having local agents, why pay someone like Steve to have me on a list when it is the 800 customer care folks who are doing all the work? Why let this guy make a commission on all the services I add myself via the website or thru the care line?
