When we moved to another city with a job transfer, Keith helped us with our new home policy even though we were now 60 miles away. Then we decided to explore bundling to try and save money. Keith helped set us up with a package that saved us a fair amount of money overall. Farmer’s was not the cheapest auto insurance, but the homeowners policy discount after combining made up the difference. We have also added card and plenty of teenage drivers over the years. Keith has been quick to respond, understand, patient, and helpful. We are pleased to be insured by Farmers and served by Keith.

I used to market life, disability and health insurance for many years.They were not aware of this fact. I transferred to him as the service that I got from him and Faith, his assistant, was first class. From the moment I walked into their uncluttered up to date offices, I felt at home. The atmosphere was professional with an old fashioned air that symbolized quality and integrity. Tim has a unhurried air and explains all details carefully. He volunteered to look at my existing home owners policy that I was transferring to a renters policy. He took photos of my furniture in storage so that I would not have to reduce my household contents cover as I was moving into a smaller home. My existing agents did not want to bother. I feel that should I ever have a claim, he would be there to assist in the claims process. With other brokers, it has always been, "Call the 1800 number. Have a nice day." As a result he not only got my renters policy, but also my auto policy insurance. I will recommend him as long as he continues to deliver excellent service.
