    Shawna Childress: If I could give a 1 star I would. I called and they told me they would give me a call back and that was this morning and I need insurance today so i just went in. Once I had got there, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 3 so I waited the 20 mins for them to get there and once they where opening up the 2 ladys said hi how can I help u while opening the door. I then told them I had and they never called me back so i decided to just come in. The lady seemed to get Irritated with me after I told her that and then told me were not accepting any new policies right now. but thats not what they told me over the phone. That lady needs an attitude adjustment! I dont understand if that was true why didnt they just say that over the phone. Not only that since when do insurance companies have a limit on new clients?
