    Mary Hardwick: The WORST insurance agent and insurance company I have ever dealt with. If I could rate 0 stars I would. There has been multiple times where my husband and or I have been stuck on the roadside needing a tow. All of those times we have had to find&pay for our own tow ourselves, even though our policy includes roadside assistance, along with doing the work of our agent we have NEVER been able to reach Rich. Whether it be financial, updating a policy, or adjustment questions.. Rich has never answered nor returned a call the whole year and a half weve had this insurance, we have had to go into his office or go through the customer service line (which is usually just as difficult) So all around awful customer service and the worst billing headache we have ever had. We cannot wait to drop them!
