He has inspired me to really pay attention to what I am eating , drinking and even what workouts I do. I would highly recommend him to both men and women a Who are seeking a change in their lifestyle. And if you want a challenge this is the place to be!!

I had Jose and he was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable and definitely listened to my concerns. When I went back for my second one, he totally remembered information from the last session! I am very impressed with the services that I have received thus far from the moment I walk into the door to the moment I leave! In just a couple of sessions, I can already tell the difference in my range of motion, and the relief in my upper back!
