1 /5 Marlene Vasquez: Ive been using nano insurance for 7 years now for my auto insurance needs. In early July I added a car to my policy and I sold the car a week later. I called them in order to request a prorated refund. Ive probably called over 10 times and I just cant get any help on this matter. They just put me on hold, hang up, say they need to speak to the manager etc. Horrible customer service.
