Pawn Dog Jewelry & Loan - Oxnard O’Toole Kevin “Agent”: Worst pawn shop in the world, they have dogs sleeping on counters leaving fur everywhere stirring up my allergies, they have bad customer service by not greeting me, one was just checking my I.D and the other was examining my games mumbling as if he didnt want me to hear the actul amount I can get, there was one that was brand new, the other like new and they were just sitting around! It was cold and indifferent also when examining my items for its trade in value, they kept slamming them on the counter damaging its worth, if you look online both are at least 20 dollars and they tried to get them for $3! what scam artists!
