  • Darren Normoyle - State Farm Insurance Agent - Redwood City
bay areafreedom: Had been working with Darren/Kathy and they always took care of my need in moment notice. This is important because you want your insurance to work when you need it and time after time this team really take care of me and my family. Recommended.
Emily Chapman - State Farm Insurance Agent - Menlo Park
Aaron Losness: I needed car insurance fast when I was out of the country. In fact, I didn’t even know which car I was going to buy. But Lois Giannoni guided me every step of the way. She made sure I was getting the best policy possible. Because of her help, I was able to come home and be insured right away. A1 top-notch customer service! Highly recommended!
WHINS Insurance Agency - Palo Alto
Gino Reyes: Had a great experience with Morad and was able to get auto insurance that was cheaper than my current one. He was very pleasant to work with and the transaction was smooth as can be. 5 stars!
MMC Insurance Services - Redwood City
Antonio Gomez: "# EYE COUNTRYMEN #""... DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE IN THIS BUSINESS.... this lady surrounds you with her sad personal stories, that she had cancer, that she got divorced, that she lost her house and blah blah blah.... all to distract and confuse you. Finally, she sells you insurance for DOUBLE THE EXPENSE, you ask her and she answers: "later your payment will go down." Dont believe her, it doesnt go down, on the contrary, it goes up. Its a shame because when Mr. Jaime Mendoza was in charge of this business, it was something else. HONESTY above all. Abused.
Farmers Insurance - Tyce Fields - Redwood City
Honey B: Horrible experience with Tyce! NEEEEEVER returned our calls. 13 plus calls within 2 months. My home insurance almost cancel and he didnt tried reaching out to us. Stay away from this agent unless you want headaches.
    Collins Insurance - Redwood City
Farmers Insurance - Freddy Musa - San Carlos
Linda: Freddy went above and beyond to assist in placing insurance coverage in a rather complex situation. Freddy and his team are professional, knowledgeable and responsive---working with them has been a great experience!!
Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service - Menlo Park
Jaffar Mendieta: I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben at Fiesta Auto Insurance, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. Ben was quick, efficient, and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Ben and Fiesta Auto Insurance for anyone in need of insurance services. Thank you, Ben, for making this such a smooth and pleasant experience!
Allied Brokers Insurance Agency, Inc. - Palo Alto
Orlando Nell: I’ve had a frustrating experience working with Allied Brokers Insurance Agency for my auto policy. I recently contacted them to add a new vehicle — a 2024 Ford F-150 — and provided all the necessary details in my original email, including the VIN, purchase info, temporary plates, and even the title of the vehicle I wanted removed. Instead of processing it smoothly, I was asked to re-send the exact same information I had already provided. It felt like no one was actually reading my emails carefully, and the response times were incredibly slow. I’d send an email and sometimes wait days for a reply. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get things done quickly and they leave you hanging. To make things worse, they automatically classified my F-150 as a commercial vehicle, which spiked the premium by over $800, even though I’m using it strictly for personal use. I understand that companies are cautious due to liability, but not every F-150 is a work truck. It’s unfair to assume that based on the model alone — especially when I’ve made it clear how I use it. What really doesn’t make sense is that my new truck has modern safety tech like BlueCruise, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control, yet it’s more expensive to insure than my older car, which had none of those features. Overall, the communication has been poor, the response times slow, the assumptions unreasonable, and the pricing frustrating. I expected much more professionalism and clarity from an insurance broker. I’ll likely be looking for a new agency.
