1 /5 Circa Adore: The administrative assistant that assists with initial intake (answering) of calls is uneducated on what practices the firm represents, therefore actively participating in the possible loss of clients.
The calls were placed 07/10/2025 @9:33am & 9:38am. I called back a second time, and spoke to the same young lady as I was quite confused at her denial of representing the fore mentioned case type—Misclassifications.
The second call was placed because she shared that the law firm does not represent a particular type of case, mentioned above, that I had questions regarding, yet it was listed on the website that the firm does indeed represent Employment Law / Labor Law Violations.
The website clearly lists this as a firm representing the type of case in question, leading me to have questions about an interest in scheduling a consultation.
I called back a second time to verify the information she gave me the first time as being accurate. She insisted they do not represent this type of case. She went as far as to tell me that she would notify the technology department of the inaccuracy listed on their website.
This law firm seemed prestigious, professional and with great reviews; therefore I called. This gives me reason to believe that their website would be accurate. Why wouldn’t it be?
During the second call, I have reason to believe that once I asked her name, she gave me an inaccurate name, as she paused before replying after the second inquiry of her name.
She is also quite curt, arrogant, dismissive and seems uninterested in retaining the initial information needed to assist possible clients.
She seemed uninterested in her duties, and rushed me off of the phone both times, with interruptions of an aggressive approach to determine if I needed anything else by way of communicating that a few times..
Her only recommendation was to transfer me and for them to refer me to someone else. I can Google Law Firms. Kindness would have meant much more, as one never knows what future client recommendations could be offered.
What a disappointment.
