First, Mr. Kermani called me directly from his cellphone, which is always great since a lot of personal injury firms make you talk to case managers and often you don’t know who your attorney is! My case was stalled because my previous attorney was reluctant to file a lawsuit and litigate. But not Mr. Kermani. As soon as I retained him, he filed a lawsuit, began discovery and settled my case within just ONE MONTH of when I retained him! He frequently kept in touch with me via text and email.
