1 /5 leslie andrade: I hired this law firm to represent me in my first-ever DUI case, hoping that paying for private counsel would mean stronger support and better results than a public defender. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The communication was minimal, the defense felt generic and passive, and in the end, the outcome was no better than what I could have received from a public defender—for a lot less money.
What made this worse was what happened after I left an honest 3-star review. Someone from the firm reached out—not to truly address my concerns—but to pressure me into removing it because it was hurting their perfect Google rating. Also offered me money to take down my review which left me thinking how many of these “5 star reviews” are real. I was told they might be able to help me, but only after I completed two years of probation. The entire conversation felt more like damage control than any real effort to make things right.
This experience was disappointing from start to finish. I felt misled, underrepresented, and ultimately used. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects real advocacy or accountability.
RESPONSE TO HART- Its truly remarkable that you responded after we had already discussed via text that I would not be accepting your offer to remove my review. Also, I was under the impression that attorneys were ethically prohibited from disclosing details of a clients case.
But perhaps that standard doesnt apply here?
