1 /5 Shala Bolen: I would rate a 0 star if that was an option. My wife and I were quoted $150 on the phone, nothing more or nothing stating that $150 and up, so we made a tax appt. 1 week later they called us saying that it would be a grand total of $542 to file, after stating "were doing you a favor by discounting you $200", and demanding that we pay up front. After discussing this with my wife, we agreed that we cant afford them filling our taxes. The lady there proceeded to agrue with me on the phone, after going around in circles with her about 3x she then decided to hang the phone up on me in mid sentence. Then when I called back same thing with another staff. So I walked in asked for my important tax documents back. They stated that they are only allowed to give me my tax information back and not my wifes, however, they gave me 2 documents that were mine 1 document that was my wifes. My wife then went in to get hers back.. she was only given 1 documentation of her own and 2 of mine.. and were still missing important documentations. Good thing turbo tax still had all my tax information. So filed with turbotax for less then $200. Staff there was very rude and very unprofessional, will never go back for an inquiry or will not recommend this place to not even my worse enemy. Dont understand how they are still in business.
