2 /5 Christina Fabrizio: I’ve never had to wait on hold to pay a loan for as long as I do every time I call coast central. If you only have 20-30 minute breaks you most likely won’t be able to speak with anyone let alone make a payment. The people are usually very nice and easy to work with once you finally get them on the line.

3 /5 Terri Rayan: Anytime I go in to my local branch, everyone is fairly nice and efficient. However, I am not pleased with the lack of help or resources on the weekends. I was denied comfort in New York City because my card did not go through when I booked a hotel and so I was charged twice as much per night and my card was not accepted!! I have no way to book my hotel because my account was frozen and unavailable over the weekend. The automated systems are of no help in this matter... I spent plenty of time on the phone trying to find a way around the issues.

4 /5 95531 Jeremy (Jer): EDIT: I was wrong; I had included them in the bankruptcy (about $500). They did let us open the new account after I paid it back. Still seems wrong, since I know they had sold the debt to a collector for at least a portion of that money but I have to say they were very nice about the whole thing when I went into the Crescent City branch to fix it. Nice people in the business service department, helpful and friendly. So disappointed with #coastcentralcreditunions terrible service! After banking with them for 30 years, they wont let us open a business checking account because we filed for bankruptcy 20 YEARS AGO. Didnt even have any money owed to them in the discharge. And now we have exceptional credit and good income, but I guess that doesnt matter... We have kept an account there, trying to do business locally if possible, but its time to close accounts and leave bad reviews... Very disappointing.

Balachandra shanabhag: Most of hotels in South Lake Tahoe were full when I was looking for room in busy winter weekend. Rooms were decent and clean. Easy access and no parking issues. Breakfast was good and coffee was surprisingly nice. Only thing I didnt userstand was late check-in time of 4pm. Most hotels have check in time of 2. They have hourly rate for late checkout as per display in lobby. $12 per hour after 11am and full day after 2pm.
