I had a medical procedure and had to remove my first 2 bracelets and she was happy to re-weld them for me! She even let me know when she had the super cute camera charm in stock because she knew I wanted one! My daughter got an anklet that she loves as well! She is honestly the best and so much fun to chat with!

    Andrew Aiello: I’ve used Marco & Danny on 2 separate custom pieces. Both items turned out absolutely amazing. In on of the pieces I had a Diamond fall out and Marco was quick to send me a shipping label to get it sent back in. There was great communication he let me know as soon as he received the piece. About a hour later he let me know the stone was re set, and looked over to make sure none of the other stones were loose and that it was cleaned and it would be sent back out that evening to ensure I had it back in time for my trip. From my piece being sent in to back in my hands in less than 72 hrs. Pretty impressive considering the face they are in Southern California and I’m in Indiana. 10/10 would recommend

    Makaela Vandevrugt: I came today around around 2:15 and waited for the person in front of me to be done getting helped. During this another customer walked up on the other side of the counter. When the person in front of me was done I walked up to be helped and the worker said one moment, and turned around and made the couple that walked up after me her priority when she saw me walk up before them. I have spent a lot of money here but I walked away and I won’t be coming back.
