The hours are convenient and their is a great variety of conventional and non conventional exercise equipment. Plus group classes that are affordable for members and non members.

5 /5 Alberto Sanchez: This is a small gym, but it is well worth it! Everyone is very kind and encouraging. Ive been going there for about 6 months with my trainer Phil and have no regrets. Reasonable price and great hours to work out.

5 /5 Amber-Grace Lopez: This gym is lively, people are extremely help. I was not a fan of gyms and was so nervous to go but needed a change in my life. When I got in Crystal, the owner, was extremely nice and funny and made me feel at ease. The trainers there help with your form, eating, and even mentality about yourself and how you view your life and habits. If you want to be a better you, I definitely recommend going here.
