Yan was so lovely to work with from day one - she is knowledgeable, patient, humorous and has a knack for understanding your vision completely (even if youre still working through the details)! She also helped us with many culturally relevant considerations that we deeply appreciated. Designing our custom engagement rings, one of which we used an heirloom jewel for, was such a straightforward and simple process and we could not be more happy with the results. She was very nice and helpful. Great service, good prices, wide variety, and many unique items to choose from. Amy Haines: We have visited Given Gold, Dan and staff, numerous times. We have had only amazing experiences working with Dan. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. Tubbs: I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.

Anastasia: The finish quality was medium. Im going to soften the edges myself to not scratch my enamel. I paid for an etching and gave my design and it was not what my design was supposed to be, looked like a rush job. The price for a simple grillz without design is good though. I was not happy with the etching, I wish he told me he couldnt do it the way i asked to save both of us some trouble. Great place for a plain piece.
