If she takes your case, you can count on her to work tirelessly to secure every penny you deserve. I’ve dealt with many workers comp attorneys, and unfortunately, most of them choose the easiest and most convenient route, even if it’s not in the clients best interest. I had to dismiss two such attorneys before finding Ms. Bimits. Navigating the system while being mistreated was incredibly difficult, but Ms. Bimits patiently listened, understood my situation, and guided me to a successful outcome. I highly recommend her.

Mark Pirie: I called this firm that upon answering, states they record all calls, so I recorded the call too (and stated so). I was calling about one of the stated "practice areas" but was told it was not one of their practice areas. Upon asking for an explanation, I got a run-around. The person answering the phone attempted to give me a "referral" to the Bar Association. This is not a referral, this is a complete waste of time and an insult, and Im getting quite tired of firms that advertise hundreds of millions to billions of dollars in civil judgments acting with very questionable ethics on recorded phone lines. I was hung up on... on a recorded phone line.
