1 /5 Gidget Jng: UPDATE 5 March 2025: Jason Estavillos license has been suspended- for a second time. OMG I found out Jason Estavillos law license was suspended. A few years back a friend needed assistance with a loan modification so I told her I could help her out but she went to Estavillo and he just piled on the BS. Fortunately she came to her senses -- they wanted to charge her tens of thousands when you really dont need a lawyer for this. Look up any lawyers license status on the California Bar website before hiring!

Jason took my call for a free 30 minute consultation and the call went over by 20 minutes. He listened and gave great advice. Once we made the decision to hire them for the case this office has done everything to assist and direct us in the right direction. The staff has always been professional and understanding. The attorney assigned to our case was knowledgeable and handle our case beyond what we would have expected. Mark Pirie: I called this firm that upon answering, states they record all calls, so I recorded the call too (and stated so). I was calling about one of the stated "practice areas" but was told it was not one of their practice areas. Upon asking for an explanation, I got a run-around. The person answering the phone attempted to give me a "referral" to the Bar Association. This is not a referral, this is a complete waste of time and an insult, and Im getting quite tired of firms that advertise hundreds of millions to billions of dollars in civil judgments acting with very questionable ethics on recorded phone lines. I was hung up on... on a recorded phone line.
