    John McDonald: Honestly one of the worst gyms I’ve stepped foot in. It’s overpriced for what you get, and the so-called ‘coaching’ is basically just a guy barking orders who clearly couldn’t make it in the ring himself. Half the time the equipment is either dirty or being hogged, and the vibe is more about ego than training. If you actually want to learn boxing, look anywhere else but here.

    Travis Davis Povero: The classes are for 60+ y.o. people, or at least, that is the community most served here. So I want to just stick with the gym but Club Pilates never mentioned I was under monthly contracts with them and I have to pay extra to cancel. They have several pages of contracts which staff went over with me and left out the fees. I asked the class instructor what a reformer (the main piece of equipment) was and she stumbled over her words before she said she has no idea. Unless you want another monthly “service” money- sucking hassle in your life, do business somewhere else.

If you are looking for a unique stay where you will be sincerely welcomed and cared for, this is the place that will meet the physical with the heart and bring healing full circle!

The community of instructors, as well as students, is so very unique. All are very warm and welcoming! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and each offers their own exceptional touches to their classes. It truly is my home-away-from-home and what I get out of each experience far surpasses my expectations. If you are looking for a yoga studio - you must give this one a try!
