5 /5 Felix bro: I had a great experience at La Hacienda Pawn Shop. I came in looking for a gold ring for my girlfriend, and they had a beautiful selection at great prices. The staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. I also picked up a pair of Beats headphones that work perfectly and gave it to me below the price that they are online . While I was there, I found a lovely ring for my mom for Mother’s Day that she absolutely loved. I’ll definitely be coming back they’ve got great deals and even better service.

1 /5 MS. CHARLIE SIMMONS: I purchased a pair of Sony CH1000MX4 headphones from this pawnshop through eBay.( $129) on February 11. My mother died on February 10. When I bought these from this company, never once did I think that they would take my money and not send me my headphones! No one sent me a courtesy message telling me that I would be getting my money refunded to me or that they werent coming. Now, theyve decided that theyre just going to keep my money and send me nothing! Whoever these crooks are, shame on you. Im going to blow you up on Social Media. Shame on you and your criminal business ethics. The world will hear about this!

5 /5 BC_831: I purchased something here which turned out to be counterfeit(which is very easy to do if youre not an expert in these items) on a Friday afternoon. Was worried all weekend figuring I was S.O.L. Went back in on Monday explained the situation & was offered a refund with no problems. Couldnt have asked for a better outcome. Thanks
