1 /5 NICK MENNELL: Had a really disappointing (understatement) experience at this LA fitness asking Jacob, who I believe is a manager, for help and guidance. His disposition, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness, were so lacking that it was quite shocking.
Also, it should be clear on maps that this is a signature location so that people don’t drive out of their way to attend this gym only to be told they have to pay extra. Gyms like this have me questioning more and more leaving LA Fitness. .
