    LA Fitness
Cy Jallali: LA Fitness holds a level up compared to its rival 24 Hours Fitness. With membership of about $35 to $40 it caters to mostly young professionals and college students. They converted the basketball court into private lessons gym which sits empty for the most part. And also a good part of the gym was converted to an artificial turf with tires, ropes, boxing bags, etc which looks nice but is not used by most of the members. Their swimming pool looks old and does not attract the younger gym members. It is used by just a few senior members. The lockers arent being used by a lot of members since the shower and dry sauna are just very old and small. They have never offered a steam room. With other high end fitness centers like Lifetime and Equinox offering an attractive lifestyle for gym members, LA Fitness seems to be stuck in a nowhere land. Solution could be a total renovation to some of the locations, to begin with, and offering a gym lifestyle very similar to Lifetime, raise the membership fees but keep it lower than Lifetime.

č’‹č’‹Cyndi: When I came to open the card, I actually only needed it for one month. They said the minimum period for opening was two months, and I agreed. After it ended, I went to the store to request to stop the card. Their staff found my membership information and confirmed the card suspension with me. However, I found that they were still deducting money, for more than half a year. I went to the store again, but they refused to refund the money, only agreeing to stop the current deduction. Its terrifying. Everything seems like a scam. They will do anything to make you pay more.
    Club Studio - Irvine
Carolyn Brooks: Club Studio delivered an experience that surpassed all my expectations. I entered the gym after my friend suggested it because the trainer greeted me warmly before I finished my HIIT workout which left me feeling energized rather than tired. The Pilates studio draft made my towel dance in the air but I barely noticed because the experience remained mostly positive. The gym environment at Club Studio stands completely different from my previous gym experience in downtown Irvine. The small expensive gym located in a bad area now exists only in my memory. I told myself this as I ran on the treadmill at Club Studio.

Jeanne Angeles Franco: I’ve done both the training and running studio in this location and both workouts pushes me to be better. I always come out feeling stronger. It has helped me improve my running pace!
    SoCal Powerlifting - Irvine
    SoCal Powerlifting
Rafael Campos: The only gym I’ve been able to be consistent at. Incredibly supportive staff, with lots of built-in accountability. Very flexible hours - when life gets crazy, I can still get my planned workout in. And Kyle is just an awesome and highly motivating coach. This makes for a gym where I’m really happy to be at.
    BFT Irvine - Irvine
Richard Maher: I started at BFT Irvine when they opened up mid-August and its been an amazing month. For the past year, I took classes focused primarily on cardio, but noticed my progress plateauing without strength training. I do my best in class environments, when there is professional guidance, and working towards long and short term goals. BFT has all this and more. Their way of gamifying individual workouts through their PXI system has really upped my game and made it so a strength-based program is fun and enjoyable. All the trainers and other members have been a great community and cannot recommend it enough.
    BioBody Fitness - Irvine
Mona Zhao: I love this gym so much. They have the best Hip machine from Booty Builder. My trainer Dennis is very knowledgeable and patient. The whole gym environment is welcoming and cozy.
    Orangetheory Fitness - Irvine
Carl Coleman: Orangetheory Fitness in Irvine is awesome! The workouts are fun but tough, mixing cardio and strength stuff just right. The coaches are great at keeping me going, and the staff there are super cool—always nice and ready to help. I moved here from Texas not long ago, and it’s been way easier to stick with it. I’ve even hit up every single day of the transformation challenge so far! The heart rate monitor thing is dope—it keeps me into it and pushing harder. The vibe’s chill, time flies, and I’d totally tell anyone to check it out if they want a solid workout!
    The Bar - Irvine
Cliff L: This is a great facility. Top notch equipment in great shape. Friendly atmosphere. Spotless locker rooms and showers available. Jesse or Chris are always around to get you set up with training and answer any questions you might have. The management takes pride in their business and it shows.
