  • Bikram Yoga Tracy - Tracy
BABITHA MUDALIAR: Can’t believe it’s already been a year! I was hesitant at first and wasn’t sure if I’d stick with the sessions, but now they’ve become part of my routine. I absolutely love Tessa and Cheryl’s classes — they’re energetic, fun, and such a great workout.
Align Yoga Tracy + Align Tracy Skincare & Body with Maria - Tracy
Sarah Barrickman: I am so grateful for Align! The studio is so cozy and welcoming. Maria and Lyndel are incredible instructors with the most positive, motivating and welcoming energy. I am a beginner and I have felt very supported and encouraged. I look forward to continuing my journey while advancing my skills and yoga practice.
West Coast World Martial Arts (Tracy) - Tracy
Gloria Story: I am an instructor for Ernie Reyes West Coast in Santa Clara. When I first met Eddie Gabriel at one of the tournaments he is very respectful and and was there for his students who where competing to include his son. He would tell them just do your best, its not all about winning, its about going out there to have fun. If you dont place its ok, just remember when your out there and you gave it your best thats all that matters. He supports all his students and since the tournaments are in San Jose or Santa Clara he is there to support them. That is what an instructor and mentor to his students is all about. The support and the friendship he has with the students and their family. He has a lot of patients for kids and treats every student the same. If any parents have children that wants to learn martial arts and respect, Ernie Reyes West Coast Tracy I highly recommend.
Get Fit 24/7 of Lathrop - Lathrop
Jacob oi: place is dirty, it doesnt get cleaned and i spot dead bugs frequently. machines are broken frequently and dont get fixed fast enough. theres a certain group of men that dont put their weights back ever. not enough stations, squat racks, or benches and everything is way to close to each other, this place is way too expensive for what you get, only thing good is that its 24 hours.
Peak Fitness - San Luis Obispo
Lucas: ive gone to the other commercial gyms in slo and peak is definitely my favorite, ive been go ing for almost a year, my only thing is that this music is actually terrible, it completely ruins my workouts and i would much rather just have none or just on very low volume, Peak is definitely my favorite gym in slo but i pray you guys change this.

Planet Fitness - San Luis Obispo
    Planet Fitness
Sarah Spindel: I have gone to this gym about four different times and have left within 30 minutes because the place was so gross. The first time the bathrooms were gross with hair all over the walls and floor of the showers. There was also pee on the toilets and floor. This last visit was it for me. The mirror was disgusting next to the machine I was using. Along with a guy wearing no shoes or socks in the function training area rubbing his feet and putting them on the wall.
Headstrong Fit - San Luis Obispo
Antonio Rosales: Headstong Fit is probably the the fourth gym Ive ever joined, and it is by the far the one where I felt the most growth in my wellness journey. The small group-workouts really elevated my my confidence in the gym. Shoutout to the trainers and the friends I made. I appreciate the value in creating community and helping/encouraging each other no matter our level of experience. Thank you Headstrong
Kennedy Club Fitness - San Luis Obispo
David Hall: Solid equipment, lots of classes, pool, hot tub, basketball court, squash, racquetball and much more. Really has it all! Decent prices if you can commit to a monthly autopay membership, I still pay the monthly at the moment just because I travel. Pretty clean, friendly staff, other members are generally decent people, you still get the guys/gals who can’t stop starring at themselves in the mirror taking longer at stations but that’s every gym I have ever been to and I have been coming off and on for almost 16 years. Slo and ag are the only locations I have been to. I haven’t taken advantage of any add on services but they have some. I prefer this club over the alternatives. I still pay for boutique fitness class memberships but really good value here for what you have access to.
The Warehouse SLO - San Luis Obispo
Rodrigo: The Warehouse is an S-Tier gym. From the equipment, to the community, to the energy in there at all times. Top tier equipment, knowledgeable trainers who care, and a results-focused environment that still feels welcoming. Tara is absolutely awesome, and the love she has for her gym shows in endless ways. Whether you’re someone training for a competitive event or jumping into fitness for the first time in a long time, THIS is the place. See you in there!
