Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare

Went in with my boyfriend and was just looked at rather than greeted and when we asked about a ring I wanted to purchase sales associate Leslie wasn’t welcoming at all and the interaction felt passive aggressive. Even though it wasn’t the best experience we still bought the ring regardless, though i don’t recommend coming to this location.

    Sierra Wildman: Christy has now done 3 permanent bracelets on me! She has the best selection and I love that I can find her on a regular basis at her studio. I had a medical procedure and had to remove my first 2 bracelets and she was happy to re-weld them for me! She even let me know when she had the super cute camera charm in stock because she knew I wanted one! My daughter got an anklet that she loves as well! She is honestly the best and so much fun to chat with!

    Andrew Aiello: I’ve used Marco & Danny on 2 separate custom pieces. Both items turned out absolutely amazing. In on of the pieces I had a Diamond fall out and Marco was quick to send me a shipping label to get it sent back in. There was great communication he let me know as soon as he received the piece. About a hour later he let me know the stone was re set, and looked over to make sure none of the other stones were loose and that it was cleaned and it would be sent back out that evening to ensure I had it back in time for my trip. From my piece being sent in to back in my hands in less than 72 hrs. Pretty impressive considering the face they are in Southern California and I’m in Indiana. 10/10 would recommend
