The process took several weeks but we came to look forward to coming to visit Jeff and Eileen!! They were patient, helpful, and thorough when it came to bringing our designs to life. I truly dont believe we would have received such care from any other jeweler. There was even a slight issue with my ring that they managed to resolve in under 24 hours so it would be ready before the wedding. I cannot recommend JRs enough!!

I was referred to J.R.s by a very good friend of mine. After speaking to Steven, he was able to source the watch I wanted within a few days, and the deal was completed in a week. Absolutely a pleasure doing business with him and he is my go-to watch person moving forward. In addition, he is repairing some other jewelry of mine. Wonderful to do business with trusted people like this. The only negative is that I havent met them sooner!

I’ve wasted thousands of dollars (that’s being gracious to myself) at high-end retail stores in Brentwood and Beverly Hills. His diamonds are so much better quality and he shows you what you’re actually purchasing. He showed me how to look through a loop and evaluate the product, which I never questioned at the big name stores. Every time I walk in to JR’s I feel like family. Jeff is my guy and I’d refer them to everyone. He can make anything and it comes out flawless.
