5 /5 Dan Weaver: I stopped in for the first time yesterday at this office to open up a new account with Allstate and was treated promptly by Lizette, who I have to say was extraordinary accommodating and understanding. Little things matter to me, and I felt Lizette tailored my auto policy needs perfectly to my budget. Afterwards, Jorge Zayas, the office broker, introduced himself to me, welcomed me, and it was all very genuine. Though lighter in the wallet, I have to admit I walked out a happy camper.

1 /5 J.C. Ceba: BUYERS BEWARE. Zayas All State office employs inexperience and untalented personnel. Most of the times I contacted them I had to leave a voice mail and sometimes I got back a phone call back 48 hours after. This tells me that they are disorganized. The worst part is that for some matters you can’t call the 800 number, they direct you to the local agent. Really? It’s like dealing with two companies for the same policy. That’s a recipe for disaster. The worst part was that they once created the expectation to call me back for something urgent and they never did. Avoid this agent and office at all costs! Go to Nationwide, Geico, AAA, etc. Pesimo servicio. SUper desorganizados y lentos con el servicio. Hable 45 minutos de cerrar para algo urgente y crearon la expectativa que me solucionarian el problema pero solo me dijeron que me hablaron y no hicieron. Mejor vayan a aseguradoras como Nationwide, Geico, AAA, etc.

Jeb Garcia: Went here back in Late July (2008) when I had to Get SR22 insurance for my motorcycle. Had my Drivers license suspended due to excessive point count on Driving record (SPEEDING TICKETS), and am in a Probationary period for 6 months. Anyways was originally quoted 800 this was the least expensive form of insurance that I could get with my driving record, but Roberto (the owner/manager) overlooked my DMV printout and noted to me that these were tickets incurred while driving a commercial vehicle. The insurance company has some sort of clause that I am not a great liability because these were tickets incurred while on the job. I am a former over the road truck driver and these tickets where from all over us. Also informed that my driving record would be improving thru out the year as the points would start dissapearing because of the 2/3 year time frame. Points stay on record for 2/3 years. Long story short the quote was reduced down to 400 bucks and I was insured for 1 full year, these guys were honest and they worked hard to try to get me a lower price, I had already agreed to the 800 price and was about to go get a bank money order but the knowledgeable gentleman worked hard to save my money. I am definately going to stay with this company as they saved me money when they didnt have to, there isnt that much character, and integrity in some companies that often. I have my car and truck insured here with the most minimum of liability insurance required and colleagues at work are schocked how low it is. One guy has payed into his insurance fees over $20,000 in costs with his namebrand Statefarm account and barely was able to get $10,000 out of his totaled car. So just find the cheapest insurance provider wirh these people. These people save you money and you are driving with papers in order.
