Chrystian Michelle Gonzalez When the rates came up they promised only a 10% increase and they did a 40% increase. When asked about it they just gave me the round about. Also they randomly charged me $1000 and when asked they said they would call me back with why that charge happened and it never happened. When called to ask about again they again just kept going in circles without a reasonable explanation. It wasn’t even the monthly price or the renewal that made sense. If it wasn’t because they cover certain miles into Tijuana, I would not stay with these crooks.

arturo perez This is a shady company!! Stay away!! No matter if you have deductable. They will make you pay or reinburse pennies. I got hit&run called my insurance. I was expecting to pay my 500 deductable worst case. And they wanted me to agree to receive 210 dls. Close a decade paying this company and this is what they come to at the end of the day. Rip offs!! I hope its out of business soon!!! I had to tie my front fender and left light to drive it home. Fu fred loya!!
