Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

S H Dont even deserve the 1 star but had to do it to publish this review. Al Senter; whom claimed to be the broker of this agency is rude, arrogant, unprofessional & is a fraud. He never called back and responded to texts as agreed. He listed his number under a 559 number but never answered & would call back with a new 209 area code each time he called or texted after countless attempts. Only a thief and a fraud would act in such a way. He talked like hes entitled and his customers owed him. He hasnt realized that nobody owed him anything. He owed his customers the decency & reliable services they paid him commissions. We are the reasons why hes still in business but never again! He is a FRAUD & he will get caught & get his licensed revoked & taken away! How convenient that after so many years of being in business that he only has one REVIEW & its a 5 STAR? Geese I wondered if he deleted all the bad reviews or he got one of his family members to give him that 5 star to boost his business?! FRAUD!

Joe Dirt Tried to sell me a, insurance coverage, with tow, and uninsured license. Which, I didnt want. But was told, its there new policy. Fyi. $100 for a tow. Anymore, you have to pay. Lol $100, what a joke.

Jennie Abdill I currently have an insurance claim opened with them since the beginning of January of 2024 after hitting an animal that did damage to my car. They still have not resolved my situation and I have been paying insurance and car payments on a vehicle that I do not have. They are still rejecting to cover all the damages done to my car. It has been the up most difficult to get a hold of anyone in claims and have them help you resolve this ongoing situation. I would not recommend getting my car insured through them. I have a bought me a new 2023 kia and I difficulty getting my vehicle fully covered. I went with them through recommendation but I would never recommend them to anyone ever again. I am extremely frustrated and do not understand why this is taking as long as it is when my autobody shop has been nothing but communicative with you.
