I participate in their bootcamp and strength classes, and every workout is fun, engaging, and challenging. As a former college and semi-professional soccer player, the workouts feel familiar and effective.
Connor and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to adapt exercises to meet individual needs. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, with fresh towels, a water fountain, and cubbies for your belongings. Plus, the music is always on point, and there are TVs showing games—its like a home away from home!
