In reading the room, there were older people there. Only young people there were staff. So who is the target they are trying to serve?

I quote Juan: "If price is one of your priorities, I would simply advise you to keep the set up you currently have;..." I went with another Farmers agent who was professional and provided me with the coverage I needed. I do NOT recommend Juan to anyone.
