    Susan Kram: The hard rock music was not expected. When I mentioned that it was not what one would expect at AAA I was told music rotates. That’s okay. We also rotate, to different businesses. In reading the room, there were older people there. Only young people there were staff. So who is the target they are trying to serve?

I quote Juan: "If price is one of your priorities, I would simply advise you to keep the set up you currently have;..." I went with another Farmers agent who was professional and provided me with the coverage I needed. I do NOT recommend Juan to anyone.
