I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, especially in todays environment! This studio has an energetic atmosphere, motivating coaches, and diverse workouts that make each session a powerful workout. The coaches here keep the energy high throughout the class which is important to me! Each time I come here I always get a good workout in and feel great afterwards. If youre looking for a challenging yet enjoyable fitness experience, this is the place to be.

Janet Tat Eagle: I was able to get a tour during the grand opening of Hella Strength and it was AMAZING with the amount of equipment that they had on site. They also have a chiropractor and/or a sports massage therapist on site! Cant beat their customer service. :)

Lynn Oliver: Great pickleball program. Brand new courts. Great PB pro for lessons. Only reason for a 4 star is locker rooms and to be updated and restaurant has not been open. I understand they are getting ready to open restaurant soon.
