5 /5 Emma Barnosky: I’m an equestrian and a yogi who threw my back out very badly a year ago. At the time, I was told by doctors to stop most of my exercise and activity while I healed. I tried other approaches to PT and felt very frustrated and stagnant in my progress - my back just didn’t seem to be getting better and I was losing strength from lack of my regular activities, which wasn’t helping.
In contrast, in just one session at ITI, I went from barely being able to walk because of my back to having enough mobility for daily life again. After just a few weeks of training I was literally and metaphorically back in the saddle. Since then, their regular training + MAT approach has helped me build back strength that is more stable and sustainable, and I am living the active life I love with even better performance than I had before my back injury. So grateful to the ITI team!
