1 /5 Vicki Necochea: I have been with this company since 2011 I added my gmc in April to this day they have not taken a payment from me they rearranged my drivers on my other 2 veichels which changed my rates on them. They took 1 payment from my daugters account when she called them they told her she had to wait they wanted to make sure it was taken out of her account she had to show proff when they see in their computer it was paid and where it came from it took them a month to pay her back. I have ask 2 times to speak with a manager and nobody has ever called me back. I to not recommend this insurance company
