Right from the initial conversation, Stanley came across as very knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the sales process Stanley was very responsive (including providing an updated preapproval outside of normal office hours). The communication was excellent, both me as the agent and the buyer were aware of what was happening at all times. Stanley was on top of everything and anticipated what was going to be needed ahead of time allowing us to close a transaction within 14 days. To top that off, he is very personable and easy to work with and he acted as a real partner in keeping things smooth and moving forward during the sales process.
An excellent overall experience, I would highly recommend Stanley to anyone looking for a lender that is the top of their game.
