1 /5 Michael Gottselig: The only thing good about this bank is the employees. They are the nicest people. I have been embarrassed every weekend since I have started banking here. On Fridays my debit card works fine. On Saturdays its hit and miss. More often than not, I get a insufficient funds error right after I deposit my paycheck, very embarrassing when standing in the line at the grocery store. When I call to find out the issue, there is nobody available on the weekends to help. The web page is constantly down and the app doesnt work. When I am able to get on, my account shows plenty of money available yet I still cant use my card...sometimes. I will leave the store that just declined my card and go to another store and it works fine. Also, when I pay bills online with my card the bank reflects the same charge several times, sometime 3 or 4 times. This is unacceptable. The only reason for 1 star is the employees at the Jackson branch are so awesome!! If youre looking for a bank, DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!
