Our kids really wanted to come to kidds jewelry heist ever since they seen it on YouTube. Frank was so very kind. He welcomed us like we were family. Very fun to make a masterpiece with his amazing craft supplies. The place has so many amazing things in it. Mummies paintings the whole place is art work. Absolutely Rad. I had the kids in tow and we were kindly greeted and helped by Sandy Jeng, who made the necklace finding and buying process very smooth and easy. She even gave the kids lollipops, which they appreciated. My wife loves the necklace and I loved the experience I had at Kevin Jewelers.     S. G.: Unfortunately Vic destroyed a family heirloom ring that was dear to me. It was an eternity band, which Vic first misplaced a bear piece upside down. Then tried to cover the mistake by gooping on some mismatched gold. In what should have been a simple sizing. His wife mentioned that he doesn’t like to be wrong, and that I should not mention the incorrect work. I ended up paying for work which ruined a ring that had been in my family for decades. When I finally did confront Vic, he denied destroying my family ring, and used foul language saying he doesn’t have time for “bulls—.” It was extremely unprofessional. It was disrespectful that Vic was unable to take responsibility for ruining an article that meant a lot to me, and one that I have had to seek the help of other jewelers to try to repair the damage. To date, no other jewelers have been willing to touch the ring in concern of causing more damage. Perhaps Vic is ok with replacing watch batteries, but I would not trust him with anything beyond. I have attached photos to this post. Please note from Vic’s response below, that it is clear that he has an issue with being wrong, and refuses to take responsibility. While inaccurate, arguing with a client online only further reinforces my above point.
